The National Hockey League, or NHL formed in 1917, after the merger of a few other leagues. There are currently 30 teams in the league. Many have gone through many changes, including locations, coaches, and my favorite logos. So here are some of my favorite no-longer-used NHL logos.
1. Columbus Blue Jackets (Logo Used From 2001-2007)
2. Vancouver Canucks (Logo Used From 1971-1980)
3. Mighty Ducks Of Anaheim (Team Lasted From 1993-2006, Where Then They Became Just The Anaheim Ducks)
4. Hartford Whalers (Team Lasted From 1979-1997, Then They Became The Carolina Hurricanes)

5. Los Angeles Kings (Used From 1976-1988, When They Had The Same Owners As The Lakers)
